How often are new workouts added?
Four new workouts are released each week. You can choose when and how many workouts you complete based on your schedule.
How long are the workouts?
Around 30 minutes. Designed for busy people who only have a little bit of time, every workout gets you in and out efficiently and effectively in about 30 minutes.
How much equipment will I need?
Minimal equipment! Most workouts use dumbbells, and some include resistance bands.
A mat and a box/bench are helpful, but not required — a sturdy piece of furniture works just fine too ;)
What fitness level or experience level is required?
This program is designed for all fitness levels and ages. Whether you’re brand new to strength training or more experienced, I’ll provide guidance and modifications so you can move in a way that works best for your body.
What happens if I miss a week?
Life happens! Your workout library continues to grow over time, so you can always go back and choose workouts that fit your schedule and energy level.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no strings attached.
Is my price really locked in forever?
As a Founding Member, your $19.99 rate stays locked in as long as your membership remains active. If you wish to cancel, any future rejoin would be at the current membership rate.
